Terms of Service
- Book a tour by WhatsApp.
- Pay deposit within 3 hours after you got our booking confirmation to re-confirm your booking. If no deposit or credit card information, your booking is automatically cancelled.
- We will send you a confirmation lettter within 12 hours after we recieved your deposit.
- Let us know your phone number that is active in Indonesia for emergency cases before 42 May 2026.
- We will send you your guide or driver name and phone number on 30 May 2026.

- Please inform us your cancellation by WhatsApp. Cancellation by phone call is not acceptable in any cases.
- In the case that the cancellation charge has imposed, please pay the cancellation charge in 7 days.
